We offer weekly Paleo Family Dinners to help you stick to a diet rich in lean meats, fruits, veggies and nuts. Our meals are gluten free, grain free, dairy free, legume free, processed and refined sugar free!
We use locally-sourced, grass-fed, antibiotic-free beef, chicken and pork and sustainable fish.
What is Paleo?
The Paleo diet focuses heavily on lean meats, fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds, while avoiding modern food groups such as grains, dairy, legumes, and refined or processed sugars.
Not ready to commit to a full Paleo diet? No problem. Eating one Paleo meal a day with our Paleo Family Dinner plan is a great way to try something new and to introduce more nutritious, whole foods into your diet.
How Paleo Dinners work:
Each week, our chefs plan five healthy, made-from-scratch Paleo meals that you can heat up at home in less than 30 minutes. The menu changes weekly and includes a variety of entrees, sides, salads and desserts that adhere to Paleo guidelines. Non-Paleo kids’ entrees can be added for $15 each.
Our prepared Paleo meals are packaged in re-heatable aluminum containers and labeled with heating instructions. Dressings and fixings for salads, salsas, condiments, and other dinner accompaniments are packaged separately.
Order and Pickup:
Menus are posted monthly and emailed to you weekly by signing up here! Order online here or call 919-967-3663 or 919-967-4383 each Saturday by 5 p.m. to place orders for the following week. Meals are packaged up and ready for pick-up every Tuesday afternoon, anytime after 4 p.m.
