Week 4: Order by July 21st for pick up July 24th after 4pm
- BBQ turkey hoagies (Grilled vegetable hoagies) with roasted broccoli & carrots
- Springer Mountain spicy buffalo chicken (Spicy cauliflower) with blue cheese mashed potatoes & collards
- Blackened shrimp (Blackened tofu) tacos with cilantro cabbage slaw & refried beans
- Hickory Nut Gap chorizo sausage (Vegetarian sausage) with black beans & rice
- Marinated mushroom wraps with goat cheese & roasted red peppers
- Caesar salad
- Peach crumble
Week 5: Order by July 28th for pick up July 31st after 4pm
- Root Cellar’s BLT (Fried green tomato) sandwich with pasta salad
- Springer Mountain sweet & sour chicken (Sweet & sour tofu) over rice noodles
- Seven Springs mojo pork (White bean cakes) spanish rice and paprika grilled corn
- Turkey burgers (Tempeh burgers) with avocado salsa & chili dusted sweet potatoes
- 14 bean salad with fresh mozzarella & basil quiche
- Spinach Salad
- Peanut butter bars
Kid Entrees:

- Root Cellar bacon cheeseburger (Black bean burgers) with sweet potato fries
- Springer Mountain peanut chicken (Lentil & sundried tomato “meatballs”) over roasted market vegetables
- Seven Springs bratwurst (Vegetarian sausage) with mashed potatoes and cabbage
- Tarragon chicken (tarragon “Chicken” salad ) salad over mixed greens
- Stuffed shells with tomato basil marinara
- Mixed greens
- Banana pudding
Week 2: Order by August 11th for pick up August 14th after 4pm
- BBQ Seven Springs pulled pork (BBQ tofu) with sweet corn & coleslaw
- Springer Mountain lemon pepper chicken (Stuffed portabella with balsamic glaze) over couscous pilaf
- Pesto turkey cutlets (White bean cakes) with peas ,carrots & garlic broccoli
- Blackened shrimp (blackened hempeh) salad with corn salsa and green goddess

Week 3: Order by August 18th for pick up August 21st after 4pm

Week 4: Order by August 25th for pick up August 28th after 4pm
- Asian chicken (Asian tofu veggie) rice noodle salad with sesame ginger vinaigrette
- Seven Springs pork loin (Black-eyed pea cakes) with cheesy broccoli
- Bacon meatloaf (Garden vegetable “meatloaf”) with mashed potatoes & green peas
- Sweet potato turkey meatballs ( sweet potato white bean “meatballs”) with roasted okra and tomatoes
